Due to the nature of clothing and fashion products, we do not accept returns on items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

2. Refunds

If eligible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable). Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please get in touch with us to arrange an exchange.
